Anthony
Cash was born in Moberly, Missouri in 1976. At age 8, he
started to realize his hidden talent
as an artist by creating graphite and color-pencil drawings.
In 1991, he moved to Hammond , Louisiana and by 1995 he
graduated at the top of his class with the “Excellence in
Art” award. After graduating, he worked as freelance artist
within the local area until he joined the Navy later that
year. While in the Navy as an Illustrator Draftsman (DM),
he sharpened his natural talent in many different fields
of art. One of those fields is acrylic painting, where he
met his mentor, master painter Erick Marshall Murray. The
Naval Art Museum in Washington D.C. is home for eight pieces
of artwork produced by Anthony. After serving eight years,
Anthony left the Navy to pursue higher goals in his career.
He now resides in Virginia as a Visual Information Specialist
and still works as a freelance artist.
